My manager was great. We had a very good relationship. However, I observed others in management positions who'd sometimes talk about their employees without realizing they were infront of other co-workers of that employee. They'd sometimes go to an employee's co-workers and ask several questions regarding something about this employee, before addressing the situation with the individual. In some cases, this is a necessisity. However, there were many times, it would end up starting office gossip and rumours that would hurt an individual. I think management should be able to keep certain things a little more private so needless office stress doesn't happen.
3.7I worked with Taylor Bean & Whitaker for about 1 1/2 years. Due to misconduct by management the company was closed by the US government. I enjoyed my work and coworkers. However the management was pushy on waiving conditions and pushing loans to closing that were either not ready to close or not eligible. This created a stressful environment.
