1 The management does whatever the client wants and also expects employees to do the same. It often meant chasing insane deadlines and handling awful workloads. It led to long, brutal, exhausting, and stressful working hours. It also meant having no peace or calmness in your work life. Some of us even had the worst work-life balance ever!

1 Changes are a key part of any company, and the leadership is responsible for ensuring these changes are handled well. Here, the top management spectacularly failed to address and fix the challenges. It created a stressful environment and a toxic work culture. Many of my new colleagues were rude and disrespectful too.
